I'll just leave this here as I think this is an absolutely brilliant review of the film. I used to do the lighting to Tom way back when he was shooting his show on St. Laurent street in Ottawa at Rogers Cable 22. Much like the review I just posted above, I'm torn between hating this film and thinking there is something hysterical about it.

this movie was ahead of its time really.

what's really great, is that when you compare absurdist comedy of today (stuff like eric andre, tim and eric, super deluxe, etc) to old absurdist stuff like monty python... monty python seems kinda quaint at this point.

but freddy got fingered really caught me off guard. it was a lot better than i expected.
