MCU started with Iron Man in 2008 once Marvel decided to open Marvel Studios and stop licensing out the rights to the franchises (like spidey, xmen, fan 4 etc)

To my complete surprise, Incredible hulk came out after Iron Man. I had no recollection of that at all
