I was lucky enough to receive the master tape used to make the vinyl pressings!
The quality of this smashes every single vinyl and CD release.
It even sounds better than the 1992 castle communications CD release, which was considered to be the best sounding version.

Speaking of which, I really need to get on with playing Liberty City stories on PSP!
I played a bit of it around 10 years ago, but I never bothered to play it properly...
Apparently there's a radio station in the cars called "Flashback FM" which is literally only Giorgio's songs!

For those interested, the album was on an Ampex 456 "Grand Master" 1/2 inch studio mastering audio tape.
