I'm sorry I don't quite understand formats. Is this a cam recording from a cinema or proper 1080p?

It's an early Web release from Korea. Quality is great though it comes with hardcoded Korean subtitles. It is proper 1080p if you don't mind the Korean subs. Edit - Just watched the movie, it's very choppy and definitely not web-dl level of quality, though it is better than a camrip.
