From the media info the bitrate looks really bad and dimensions look off as well. I’m not an authority by any means... but i’ll be skipping this.

lol I rip my normal 1080p Blu-rays at this bitrate, there's no way a 4k stream looks right at this size. Especially a movie like this where the cinematography is a pretty big deal.
Please note that image quality does not scale linearly to bitrate. Many HEVC movies here are encoded at 2k video bitrate (for 1080p) and look good. So 6k bitrate for 4k is not off the table to be at least decent looking I'd say. Also keep in mind that h265 is especially made to preserve image quality at low bitrates, that's where it outshines h264 the most. :)
Do you rip with x264 or x265 HEVC like this post? The same bitrate for both of them carries different weight.
[-] bluecovfefe | 2 points
That’s a fair point, I rip at x264, between 7-8k for most movies, a higher 12k for movies like this where I don’t want to risk losing visual fidelity. Even at 12k bitrate, I don’t imagine this 4K viewing will be that great. HEVC can’t work magic, and ~7k bitrate is just not gonna cut it for 4K viewing. Unless it a 2D cartoon in 4K or something haha.

i love how the english subtitles that are included here are for the movie BATMAN
[-] Ironicalogical | 3 points
31 subtitles. It's easier for me to add my own 1 subtitle than to strip out 31 of them. And the one I want isn't even fucking right.
Stop doing this.

well, no shit. mistakes happen, considering the amount of content Joybell puts out, just get the subs from isubtitles.
[-] nullzerocat | 1 points
That looks pretty decent.

I've had some smaller 4K that are x265 HEVC that look pretty good, but you might be pickier than I am. I'm glad to have 4K in a smaller file size.
1080p imax avc remux version would be possible?
[-] heartless_drol | 1 points
