Edit - Yes and Yes. So far I can report S01 and S02 have featurettes. The creators hate Season 2 so did not record commentary (wikipedia), but so far I can report S01 and S03 have commentary.

Edit 2 - If you go to here, it will list off each season's special features, and most of them after S01 and S02 only have mini-commentary. Just so ya know.

It's the mini commentaries I'm after. I hope someone releases S08 onwards soon. As for the episodes themselves, the SHORTBREHD release from 2 months ago of S01-03 (without commentary) was much larger (~1GB per episode), are those higher quality? I hope we soon get all the newly released blu-ray versions in the best possible quality + commentaries.
