If you play a 1920 x 804 file on a monitor with a vertical resolution larger than 804, there will be zooming regarldess. Any image quality degradation would be equal to zooming a 1920 x 1080 file to the same monitor to get a 1920 x 804 to fill the screen. If you can't adjust a video in a few seconds.... that's unfortunate. You are crying and complaining even after freely getting what someone else took some time to upload.
