Is this the highest quality possible? Would there be no difference between this and a literal bluray copy of the movie?

Possible for smaller size with x265 with no quality loss?

Just that I never got around to watching it in the theaters and want the best first time viewing I can possibly get.

1080p Bluray are natively encoded in x264, so it would have to be re-encoded to be in x265. 4K/2160p Blurays are natively encoded in x265 in order to shoehorn four times as much data into a Bluray disc, so once the 4K/2160p Bluray is leaked and posted, a x265 Remux will be available. It will have horrifically large file size, like 60GB+ on the low end.

Blurays usually get leaked a couple of weeks before the official release date
