I dont think Final Cut Pro can be installed on windows at all. You would need something like Adobe Premiere instead, which i dont have.

?? You just install it like any normal app. open the .dmg and drag the app to the applications folder.

Ah, you can fix that, it's common with "downloaded" apps. Open terminal and do:

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine

then drag the app from your apps folder onto the terminal window. It should say:

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Final\ Cut\ Pro.app

press enter, type your password then enter again. Wait till it finishes and it should work! Hope that helps.
