Note: Incorrect playlist data, caused movie to be flawed.

From Tigole regarding this and his Lady Bird encode that had the same problem:

...the Lady Bird issue was from getting the wrong playlist from PHD as well. For this one, I double checked PTP and found the same playlist listed, so I thought I was good to go. I don't know what RARBG does, but I haven't noticed them to be wrong about the playlist yet. In future cases, I know I can't trust PHD or PTP's mediainfo, and will either have to find an independent remux or wait until it shows up on RARBG.

i dont know for sure myself, its related to importing timestamps from the mediainfo and using them somewhere in encoding, so that x265 encoder doesnt get confused in case of variable frame rate movies.. just a guess.. i am not sure
