S02 has already been uplaoded here. As for the S03, currently only WEB-DL is available so the encoders at QxR might wait until blurays are out to encode it.

I've hit my bandwidth limit on Jdownloader2 before, but it was after something like 100GB. Then I just switched to MegaSYNC or just waited until the next day.
