It means there was an error in the original release of the movie from Tigole. I think at the 25:50 mark it just skipped a scene, meaning there was an error in the playlist.

The version I uploaded is good to go.

Just to make it clearer, the first Tigole release of this movie was uploaded by jorma11 here, but it had a playback problem. So Tigole released a fixed version - hence the REPACK in the title - and this is the one I've uploaded here.

so aside from it being half the file size, how is this different from this one posted a few weeks ago? is this one somehow a better version?

The source from the other one is Amazon, whereas this is from the Bluray itself. Usually the Bluray rips are better as they comes from a better sorce material. However the AMZN WEB-DL has a higher bitrate (both for video and audio) so if you don't care about the file size I'd recommend the other one.
