This version was posted on "balkandownload.org" muxed with Croatian subtitles. I pulled the seemingly best English subtitles from subscene and checked at a few points, if they match (not wanting to spoil myself completely). I haven't seen this yet fully (I'm still submerged in Altered Carbon), so please let me know if the subtitling works for all the episodes.
