Used the decoder and still not getting access? First time doing this so i might be messing up; but I used the base 64 decoder.
Re-uploaded the file to mega as I accidentally removed it haha and removed the password for Snahp as quite a few people didn't understand it

I can't imagine how bored you have to be to poking into someone else's business.
What rig are you using that can't neither play nor re-encode x265? As long as you're not planning to do it realtime you should be able to do that on a Raspberry Pi if you wanted to. It would just take a long time as you have no hardware to decode it and it'd have to run on the CPU instead.
That's why I suggested re-encoding it. You might not be able to keep up with realtime but it shouldn't be a problem re-encoding it, it'd just take lots of time.
If I'm wrong, my bad, but I'm pretty sure I'm not.

$50 android box from amazon can play this perfectly fine. Xbox one, hello. As for spoiled, nah, all you need is a modern day graphics card. HEVC hardware decoding came out in Maxwell for Nvidia, Fury/Fiji for AMD.
