I installed it last night, I can confirm it does have the options to switch between English and Japanese voices. Also you can switch between the original, orchestrated, or OST music.

You can only add it as a shortcut. Your friends won't see this game in your library and it's impossible to unlock achievements/play online.

Go to google, search "my ip address". Write the number down. Turn off and on your router and check again. If it is the same you have static. If it different it isn't.

I use MegaDownloader and my VPN. If the download stops I just restart my VPN to get a new IP and restart MegaDownloader.

I close MegaDownloader while redoing the VPN as suggested above, then reopen MegaDownloader and right click on file and hit reset.
