The only way is to turn to Track 1. The mediafile in the op says it has two tracks. What player are you using?

Try getting VLC. The windows player might have problems playing x265 files properly.

That's bizarre.. play the file again and make sure Audio Track is set to Track 1 and Audio Device is set to your speakers/headphones.

The commentary track seems to include both audios at the same time, Audio track 1 is mute.

It's playing fine for me. This might be because it's a 7.1 audio track and you aren't hearing all the channels. See if you can output audio to stereo in your system settings.

I'm trying to get this movie for my 8 year old niece man, I can't tell her to set up VLC and fiddle around with audio settings so she can watch a movie one time then forget about it. I downloaded another post here that works just fine
