I FINALLY found a place streaming this that wasn't fake or wanted me to make an account, and no torrents. Sketchy website too, so I found the link to the openload stream in View Page Source>Network and downloaded from there.

Filmed on a Panasonic AG-DVX100. The video is 608x336 but 16:9. Those who know this movie know the quality to begin with wasn't the best. Edward Furlong's character Jimmy films everything and it's portrayed behind his camera. Nevertheless, it's a great movie that doesn't need to disappear or be difficult to find. Don't complain about the quality, you've been warned. Enjoy!
