The Bourne Identity (1988)

The first adaptation of the eponymous Robert Ludlum novel as a two-part TV miniseries. They stay more faithful to the novel than the well known franchise that started in 2002, although they also deviate from the source material. It's more of a cold war spy thriller than an action conspiracy movie. While it does have its lengthy and cheese parts, it's well worth a watch.
