Do you happen to have the 1080 repack
[-] nyuszika7h | 3 points
Fox.com doesn't have 1080p, that was a mistake, only the ads were 1080p. (I'm the one who ripped it.)
Do you use youtube-dl for the rip?
[-] nyuszika7h | 1 points
youtube-dl isn't working with Fox.com right now, so I just played it in Chrome and searched for m3u8
in the network request logger (F12 -> Network) then used streamlink to save it.
(The highest quality is k.m3u8
, if you see any one-letter .m3u8
just change the letter to k
and you got it.)

Woah, I didn't know a video could switch between resolutions like that. Neat. Is there a 720 webrip without commercials?

Yes, they use HLS for segmented streaming, so it's possible. Not really something most players can handle when merged into a single file though, and MKVToolNix makes it even worse.

I'm confused. That's exactly what this is.
In case you're confused about WEB-DL vs. WEBRip... Anything previously called WEBRip that is not reencoded from the original stream has been considered a WEB-DL by BTN for a few months now, but RARBG stubbornly renames them to WEBRip anyway.
The reason for the change is that WEBRip was being used for both untouched rips and screen captures from Amazon/Netflix/etc., which caused a lot of confusion.

Out of sync :(
[-] nyuszika7h | 2 points
Where? I have actually checked it this time and haven't noticed any issues, though I haven't watched the whole thing.

Oh I didn't notice this was a repack, I just noticed the similar name, my bad I'll download yours

This is smaller than the version I have. Awesome, thank you!

I was gonna say that's not always a good thing but the mediainfo says 4,920kbps for the video which is probably way more than it needs for a cartoon at 720p anyway :)

This special contains both animated and live action footage. But anyway, Fox.com just uses Kaltura standard encoding settings (which are pretty mediocre), so the target bitrate is the same for everything.
