I'm definitely not seeing those artifacts in my local copy. See example below. What player are you using on what OS? The md5 of the video file should be 1d4e7945466fdab5cd1a3cbe7a69f9d0

Hmm, musta been a problem with the download on my end. On windows 10 and I tried both potplayer and mpc-be.
