I like them both. This one is more like a stage play. In acting, feel, and look. And as already said, this one is closer to the book.

It incorporates some book elements Lynch's does not. Lynch's is a better visual spectacle. I thought it was worth a watch if you're a fan of the books. If you are a fan of Lynch's film, just stick to his vision.
The miniseries is far from a perfect adaptation.

Dune is awesome. A very complex and interesting world. I didn't enjoy the prequels by his son so much, though.
