Yeah it is. IMO Villeneuve's best, atleast until Blade Runner 2049 released.

does anyone know where to find those 2? i went to see 2049 and want to watch the rest of his films and i have 4k remux’s of sicario and arrival. those 2 would finish off the ones i want to see
