It is technically 4k but it wont look nearly as good as a 1080p/720p gb because its so bitrate starved. For reference , a 1080p remux has the bitrate of about 25mb/s and this 4k has about 5.5mb/s bitrate=Quality

I thought the same thing, but then I downloaded and skimmed through it just for kicks and it's surprisingly good quality for 5GB. I don't see much banding/blocking and the details all seem to be there. Then again I don't have a 4k screen, so I don't know what it'd look like on one of those.

Download MPC-BE, it works perfectly.
