Mozzi tries to claim he uses filters to enhance the image, but all he really does is oversharpens the image and messes with the colours, brightness and contrast. All while destroying the finer details of the video. He's pretty much the worst non-mini encoder on Nyaa, but mini encoders seem to love using him as a source for their encodes.
