Neither. The dimensions it was shot in is probably ultrahd 4k or higher. It was downscaled to reduce filesize and fit into a DVD. Then the dvd is ripped by Hive-CM8. 720x384 is highly likely the same resolution is that of the original DVD. But as it is a screener, it may have been cropped to remove the disclaimers at the bottom of the screen.

Regular download has a file limit, okay for smaller files, but anything over 1 GB IIRC need a paid account.
