Got the file now. It's 3,312 kb/s | Megalinks MegaDB 3,312 kb/s according to MediaInfo.

You don't need the nightly, this bug was fixed in 2.2.7. Current download version is 2.2.8. VLC's built-in "Check for update" option didn't pick up the version bump on my end. Downloading from the official website is the way to go.
