Randolph Scott plays an ex-army hero who was hired by Colt to sell their new repeating pistols, guns that we call six shooters. He is in the midst of a sale to a sheriff when a robber grabs the guns, wounds the sheriff, and escapes. He uses the new weapons to gather a gang and commit many robberies.
