it does if file size = higher bitrate lol, 1800kbs is nice but i really like this movie so having 2800 and 256kps audio would be nice me thinks

all depends on the codec used. x264 with low bitrate doesn't like half as good as x265 or VP9 with low bitrate. Plus you can do a 5000kbs rip of a shitty source and have a huge file but still crap quality

I didn't feel like getting technical w my answer but yes, it depends on a lot of things but usually it's a good rule of thumb lol especially w utr/hevc teams from the usual up loaders on here
