Disclaimer: This does not have every X-Men comic. It is an attempt to chronologically sort certain important/well regarded X-Men related stories.
This covers the X-Men starting from Grant Morrison's 'New X-Men' up until 'Death of X'.
This mostly focuses on Cyclops and his evolution as the leader of the X-Men which is why certain titles such as Wolverine or Uncanny X-Force are not in here (but there will be an order for them).
If there is anything that I should add/remove feel free to let me know.
update (Dec 29, 2017): -Added more issues to 'Messiah Complex'. -Redid 'Divided We Stand' folder and added more issues to it. -Redid 'Manifest Destiny'. -Rearranged a lot of issues (mostly X-Force and Cable). -Added event 'X-Necrosha' -Added 'House of M' event
update (Dec 30, 2017): -Moved Astonishing X-Men 13-24 after House of M

Great stuff. I've heard a lot of gripes about the newer X-Men series over the last couple of years but frankly, I think they're out of their minds. I've enjoyed these newer X-Men titles just as much as the old, and some even more. A big fan of Quentin Quire and his storyline, interested to see where it goes.
I agree. The development of Cyclops from a hero into a "villain" was (in my opinion) very interesting which is why I made this reading order based off of it. The Kieron Gillen run starting in folder 8 within the "Regenesis" section in particular handled Scott Summers very well.
If it is Quentin Quire you are interested in you may want to read the Wolverine order since he is heavily featured in the "Wolverine and the X-Men" series starting in folder "44".

Holy crap! Where were you a year ago when I was piecing together post New X-men continuity from dead torrents?! I eventually had most of the prominent titles but still started reading at Schism because of too many holes prior to that event. Thank you!
Is there an iOS reader that will read from mega?
From what I know, I do not think there is one that connects directly to MEGA. Your best bet is to:
download something like Chunky Comic Reader or YACReader for your phone
transfer as many comics as you can from MEGA into either OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
You can repeat steps 2 and 3 as many times as you need when you need to put more comics onto your phone.
I want to set it up for a 12 yr old with disabilities... If it was android this would be super easy.. but damn iOS makes things hard.

if you have a PC with iTunes you can actually drag and drop the files form your pc to your iPhone or iPad, if you cant figure that out I'd be more than happy to help you with that
download calibre add the comics to the library and then it will send them to any device iOS, Kindle, or otherwise doesn't matter, this works with all digital formats of books.

I tried to download this and it's now 389 MB. Has it been pulled down? Is there somewhere I should have checked first to confirm that?
I am not quite sure where the issue is coming from. From my end, it is still 15.44GBs. Maybe all the folders were not downloaded?

This is what I get when I import the link: Imgur
It seems to be only importing the "0 Origins" folder because the decoded link goes to that folder which is a part of several different folders outside of it. Try using this encoded link instead in order to (hopefully) download the other folders:
