While this is not a DHD fault, this encode is abysmal. BDs contains a terrifying amount of MPEG-2 style encode artifacts, and while there is a slightly more details than on DVDs, the DVD picture upscaled to 1080p looks way better than this (Hulu's webcast probably used the same source and has the same artifacts).
