I've found this format to work with plex, but you'll need to find the season and episode number for each episode (tv.com)

For my collection, I had to find them all under Looney Tunes in TVDB and rename the files to fit that. You wont just be able to have a Coyote and Road Runner show folder, unless you want to manually name them all etc. Kind of lame but that's how the mods at TVDB wanted it I guess.
