Make sure you complete the setup of uBlock origin and uBlock origin extra. Then install Tampermonkey and the scripts uBlock Protector and AdsBypasser. This is assuming you use Chrome. Other browsers, you'll have to see which plugins/scripts are right for you. I haven't seen a popup/popunder on ANY site since I've used that setup. I also don't see wait-counters on link sites anymore.

The video glitches at various spots. At 52:50, the audio goes off-track. Add 500ms in VLC. Thanks for the upload, but I can't recommend this release.
EDIT: This seems to only apply to the 720p version. SD version is clean, haven't checked 1080 yet.

Watching the 1080 with PotPlayer, I noticed one video glitched toward the end. Audio sync seemed fine in potplayer.

I watched the 720 on three different devices, the glitches are hard-coded into the video in the exact same spots in the same fashion. Seems like a render error?

The year represents when a show first began, not the year of the specific season/episode.
It's more common to see years with movies, but for shows it can help differentiate between remakes, etc, or in this case "generations" (NewWho and ClassicWho).
To be fair it's also confused by the UK calling a "series" what the US calls a "season".
