EDIT2: Re questions about the source: These were encoded by UTR from the HD 1080p NTb iTunes WEB-DL . The show was shot on film, 6/7 seasons originally aired in HD, and now all 7 seasons are available in HD on iTunes, AMZN, and possibly NF. So this is not an SD to HD upscale.
