Hmm interesting. Ive never heard of this publishing group, how historically accurate are they?

Osprey is and has been for several decades the gold standard for model builders, reenactors and military history buffs.

Good to know

Osprey is a British publisher. Its American counterpart is Squadron Signal. If you like the Osprey stuff I would recommend also getting Squadron Signal. Collections of that are out there as torrents.

Are they military history focused as well or have more broad history content?
[-] madarchivist | 5 points
Both Osprey and Squadron signal are focused on military history, specifically weapons, fighting vehicles and other military vehicles, military aircraft, color schemes, unit histories, campaigns, military leaders, fighting men and their uniforms and equipment, in-depth looks into historical periods. All books from both publishers rely heavily on historical and contemporary photos and illustrations with detailed captions. Military history in pictures is the point of these books, basically.

I too would be interested in world (non military) history if they publish it.

So what is the password. The previous user deleted his or her comment (or was deleted).

I think the link is now dead. Password was the (K)ey above.

Hey, any chance that this could be made live again? The current key doesn't work.

What books/series do you mean? Please give me an example. Osprey has published books in series, most of them are about military history.

They are the same I think. The books in that torrent are grouped by periods of time while in my post they are grouped by series (If you look closely at the names in the torrent, you can see the series like Campaign, Men at Arms, Elite... which are included in my post).
