This post contains Game of Thrones Seasons 1-7. Featuring 1080p/HEVC/x265/10bit/TrueHD, and Atmos audio. Enjoy!
If you're having issues downloading through MEGA, or cannot exceed the bandwidth limit, use the ZippyShare mirror.
To download multiple links through ZippyShare, use Jdownloader2.
Not complaining about the poster, but about the encoder.
Just a warning for those like me that thought the big size meant quality, more than half that size is taken by placebo audio as a way to inflate it. The video itself is crf 23.5, which is abysmal.
Why someone would waste so much on audio that is indistinguishable (even in studio, with the the best audio equipment and trained professionals) from audio 4 times smaller is beyond comprehension, especially when you could get a far better picture with that filesize (crf 16 or 17).

You see this bullshit in anime releases all the time too. They have 96khz flac like it makes a difference when you can just use 48khz 128kb opus

You can't call Dolby Atmos a "placebo audio", with the right equipment it doesn't sound like anything else you've ever experienced.
But I do agree with the point you are trying to make; great audio is kind of useless if video quality doesn't match.
Atmos sounds good, but what is due to the format or due to the work done on the audio prior to the master is debatable.
That inflated size (>2GB for less than one hour of audio) is more due to TrueHD than to Atmos though. Atmos is useful (though its implementation in home theaters doesn't seem to have anything that couldn't be conveyed by fixed reencoding everything to 10 channels).
TrueHD is pure placebo, and the size of the audio (didn't keep the files so can't check) means it's probably in the 24bit/96 or worse 192kHz marketing crap that definitely defines placebo.

Out of curiosity, how did you learn the CRF?
MediaInfo (https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo)
[-] ThePixelHunter | 1 points
And here I was thinking that a file's crf could never be known unless it was offered up in the filename...thanks!
You're welcome.
One more reason to prefer groups that use crf instead of bitrate is that it gives you a clear indication of quality when comparing encodes. Some ~2GB x265 rencodes of GoT (crf19) actually have a far higher quality than those ~4GB x265 encodes (crf 23.5) where most of the file is audio and for some reason the video still strangely takes a lot more space than crf23.5 should (bad encoding options? bad source?).
[-] ThePixelHunter | 1 points
Yep, I'm a big advocate of providing CRF over bitrate. Thanks again!

Got better versions?
The thread is a bit old for me to remember...
I don't think I was able to get good versions of all the seasons, but check S01-06! , S01-07! and S07
I'm sure one of these links also contains files from this post, but among them you should be able to get at least half of the seasons in good quality, till someone posts a Remux.
[-] whywhywhyisthis | 2 points
Why would people DL "DON" rips over this?
full eng? or there is subtitles
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 1 points
Either option is available! Yes, there are subtitles already within every episode if you enable them! There's also the forced only subtitles for when there's a character speaking another language if you so happen to enable that over full subtitles :)
Edit: I was looking at an episode of S07 at the time of this reply. From what I'm seeing is that S01-S05 have multiple-language subtitles, but for S06, I'm not seeing any other languages other than English for subtitlies. S07 has multiple languages for subtitles available though.

This post contains Tigole's release of season 7, but if you're looking for Tigole's releases of the other 6 seasons, this linked post contains them: https://redd.it/6wfp2u
^ I'm just letting anyone who is looking for multi-lang subs know. Tigole's releases contain around 13 languages for subs. But the German subs are forced, so you'll have to change the sub-language to your choosing.
Downloaded episode 10 of season 1 and the audio is fucked. Cuts in and out every few seconds. Is it like this for the other ones or?
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 1 points
tbh, I'm not sure dude. I use MPC-HC/MPC-BE as my video player, and I've been able to watch all seasons no problem. I've got all my codecs up to date as well if that changes anything.
Just downloaded that and it's working... Not working in VLC or Windows Media Player. All of my other videos I've got are working on them though.
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 2 points
Ahh, that would be because VLC has a hard time playing MKV files, and all the files in this post are MKV that I know of. VLC has choppy playback when it comes to MKV files. MPC-HC/MPC-BE are able to play MKV files just fine. I switch between MPC-HC and MPC-BE. But I generally use MPC-BE because it has more options than MPC-HC and I like dark themes/easier on my eyes.
[-] [deleted] | 1 points
okay, so the password is good and all, but where is the key for mega?
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 2 points
They're right underneath the link for each season, just highlight and copy it and paste it into mega.
[-] [deleted] | 1 points
Thanks. Sorry, it was crazy late when I decided I was going to try and grab some stuff for the weekend, lol. Right there all along, ha.
Thanks for the upload!

Unable to play the audio on my LG OLED55B7. Any leads on what to do about this?
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 1 points
These are in the MKV format, so you need a video player that can play .mkv files.
[-] shubhpittu | 1 points
My TV does play mkv without any hiccups. This is the first file in which this has happened..
[-] shubhpittu | 1 points
Something wrong with the audio stream.. ?
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 1 points
Well S01-S06 have 2 different audio tracks, then a commentary track. They default to the Dolby Atmos track (at least on my video player they do). There's a Dolby Atmos/TrueHD 7.1 track which is the default and then a 5.1 Surround sound track for the second one I believe. But you have to be able to switch between the two. From what you're telling me, it seems like the Atmos track isn't working for you I guess... but I can tell you at least on my end there's nothing wrong with either audio track/stream. And I don't know how to switch audio tracks/streams on a TV. So I'm sorry if I'm not being much help to you :(
[-] shubhpittu | 1 points
No problem. But this is weird. I was super excited for this. I’ll see if I can find something about this
The audio for me cuts in and out like crazy. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 1 points
Sounds like you're using VLC media player. You need to use MPC-HC/MPC-BE, or Kodi. Those media players play the files just fine. If you're using VLC, VLC is known to not be able to play mkv x265 files properly, so you have to use a media player listed above for these files.
[-] ThatOneDudeHere | 1 points
Can you list the specific UTR encoders for each season by chance? I know S7 is Tigole.
For S1-S6 is it the same release as https://www.reddit.com/r/megalinks/comments/6f1ij0/tvpack_game_of_thrones_s01s06_steelbook_1080p/ ?
[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 2 points
Well those MEGA links are dead from that post, so that's why I included those seasons here...The files already have the specific UTR encoders listed within them.
[-] ThatOneDudeHere | 1 points
Ah. The mega links have them! The Zippyshare link didn't include it in the archive titles which is where I was looking. Thanks for this release! For anyone else wondering. Its the same files as the release I linked above. If nothing else I'd recommend grabbing the extras from the folder for S7!

You sure you don't mean 10bit video? 10 bit audio would sound really bad, CDs carry 16 bits and most new movies carry 24 bits.
Edit: Mediainfo with proof that is 10bit video and not 10bit audio below.

[-] I3xTr3m3iNG | 3 points | Dec 10 2017 17:31:37
No I mean 10bit audio, not video. The only reason I said 10bit is because that's what included in the pack for Season 7. Seasons 1-6 are TrueHD, and Atmos. While Season 7 is 10bit. In the description and title, I'm just stating on what the pack is containing within. 10bit is not for each season, only Season 7. Plus Season 7 is Tigole's release, and Tigole is from UTR.
Edit: My understanding of how the bit part was incorrect. So my apologies on the misinformation. I've updated the description of the post to reflect the new information as well. /u/AlvaroB thank you for pointing this all out.

It's 10bit video for sure, 10bit audio would sound either really distorted or with loads of noise. I was just trying to be polite. You won't ever see any release from any group with 10bit audio. It would be the same to have ripped a movie to 240p resolution.
But as you don't seem to have checked what I asked you, here's the proof, some mediainfo of your own upload:

Okay, sorry. I'm sure you were being polite, my apologies alright. I was only stating on what the release was. Not trying to go into anything serious, I'm just trying to share the releases since I had them. And I suppose I had my understanding of it twisted, so thank you for clarifying that. Now I at least know the difference between the two, so thank you :) I'm just saying that I'm still learning all of this, so once again, my apologies.

I don't think you deserved to be downvoted. And don't worry. It was just that I'm into digital audio and knew that it didn't sound right. 16bit audio is a minimum.
10bit video however is interesting even if the source is 8bit (normal video) as when it is transcoded to a 10bit smaller video, gradients seem more smooth. That's why it is so used with x265
If you have more doubts don't hesitate to ask ;)

Alright, thank you for the information! And it's up to the users based on if they wish to up vote or down vote, I would accept them either way, as I was the one whose knowledge was incorrect. But as I try to upload and share content to /r/megalinks and /r/ZippyShare , I'll try to at least know everything about what I'm posting first :)

hi /u/AlvaroB /u/I3xTr3m3iNG I've just downloaded this series, but the sound does not work when watching using an external drive via USB on my TV; the TV states the audio is not supported. Is there any way to modify the files audio so it is a supported type. Any help would be much appreciated

The default track is Dolby Atmos 7.1, so I guess if your TV doesn't support that, then you need to switch it to the Dolby Surround 5.1 track. That's about all I can think of, I don't know really know how to fix the issues on TV's, because most of the time it's either the TV cannot decode HEVC correctly, or the audio tracks are not playing properly. I use the MPC-HC player on PC, and I've got no issues with any of the episodes. The one thing I always think of doing is just connecting the PC to the TV, and playing the files through the PC. But I know not everyone can do that/not everyone wants to do that.

Hi. It is fine on my PC, with mpcbe. It's just not working on either of my TV's (Samsung 49MU6400 & Hitachi 43" 4k), nor does it work with VLC on my PC. There's no option to select another audio track on the TV or on media players used on PC (That I am aware of), there's only the 1. Other .mkv (HEVC x265) files are working fine with my TV's and VLC.
I've tried converting the files to .mp4 but the only one that worked (that didn't take nearly an hour for a single file), left a massive watermark in the middle of the screen. As someone who does not know much about codecs/formats for videos/audio/output etc... I can't seem to find any straight forward information on converting the Dolby Atmos to something that'd work like AAC, that is relatively quick, easy, and free.
Such a shame as looks and sounds great on my PC and I was hoping to enjoy on my TV.

If you can't choose which track to play, just search how to remux that file without the audio track you cannot play. That process takes just a few minutes and doesn't affect the rest of the tracks in any means (i.e. no loss in quality).

Is there any software you recommend? A quick google and one of the top results was software I've already installed and uninstalled when trying to convert to mp4.

Promise I've googled for help on this, but I'm really struggling... What am I supposed to be doing? As per a previous comment, I can only see one audio track, when I add the .mkv file to the mkvtool you recommended and I can't see anything to convert that audio track to anything that can be used with TV's...

I'm sorry that didn't help. I haven't watched this files so I was just talking out of the asumption of what u/I3xTr3m3iNG said about the extra AC3 track. In this case there's none, so that's the problem.
You need to convert TrueHD audio to AC3 and I am afraid I don't know how to. I hope that someone reads this thread and helps you.

Yeah I'm sorry I didn't help at all, I'm not sure how you only had the TrueHD audio, because for VLC and MPC-HC, they both show TrueHD, a compatibility track (Dolby Surround 5.1) and the commentary tracks for me.
