i have a galaxy note 3 from 2013 that can play x265, most should be able to. theres alot of x264 on here. they are bigger sizes for better quality right now tho, idk what size ure looking for.

it looks like maybe ur phone is lagging bcus its a 1.4ghz "processor", might be 2. but i think thats only in the g5 plus if im looking right at wiki. mine has a 2.3ghz(hence a hugee reason y i purchased it). try to kill every app thats running on your phone and open up space (go into chromes application settings n delete some sites caches, facebook caches etc), im using xplayer app and see what happens.

i apologize, i thought it was working on my phone but i was too half asleep to notice that the audio went out of sync like u said, it looks like androids have issues with x265, im trying to see if i can figure it out bcus my phones as fast as my desktop n my desktop does it fine lol

try mxplayer i found it info about it here (https://androidforums.com/threads/how-to-play-h265-on-my-samsung-galaxy-note-3.1042945/) all the things they told me to have optioned was already ticked and it seems to be playing this webdlx265 fine so far. the post says to make sure hw+ is selected but my phones using hw and it seems to be handling all of this video w no issues
