If you're having trouble downloading from MEGA, or can't bypass the bandwidth limit, use ZippyShare with JDownloader. If you're unsure on how to download using JDownloader, read the post I made here.

Is this direct HEVC rip or x264 to x265? And how do we identify? Sorry if this is lame.
The "Bluray" in the title means it's an encode from the Bluray (which is usually x264).
edit: I stand corrected. This is a SPARKS re-encode (see .nfo below).

It's a SPARK re-encode!? Man why leave Bluray in the title? Oh well, I learned something thanks.
(and no matter how accurate their file naming is, PSA encodes are so awful, I never paid attention to the things they manage to get right :)

Could you post the link when a Tignole release comes up?

BluRay or BDRip = encoded from a Blu-ray source (raws/remux), BRRip = encoded from an already encoded file which has already been compressed and will have significant loss in quality. Reputable releases only use raws/remuxes and never another encode as a source.
The comment that was deleted above said this is a SPARK re-encode. Do you know if that's the case or if this is from the Bluray?
[-] Lamecat443 | 1 points
This is a SPARKS re-encode.

Thanks for the
To clarify:
Uncompressed Blu-ray disc (God knows how many GB)> SPARKS (8.7 GB) > MRN (1.5 GB HEVC).
No matter which way you slice it, it's still from a Blu-ray source. Always will be. Ignore the comments saying otherwise. I don't know what's going through their heads.

Is the x264 better in quality or the x265?
[-] MiDNighTzx10r | 5 points
I dl'd the x264 version posted earlier and the quality is fantastic. Dont think i'll bother with the x265 version of this.
[-] greatflicks | 1 points
great thanks
So what's the deal with this version? Is it good quality? fluid? Overall okay? Or is there going to be a better version soon?

Really bad irony: the only safe link for Jdownloader is a mega download, and my exceeded bandwidth doesn't let me download fucking Jdownloader. LOL
Can somebody please give me a safe download for Jdownloader that isnt through mega? Seriously, this is a joke.

I have a feeling that 265 cuts alot of corners for file size. 1.5GB for a almost 2 hour movie is definitely not ideal.
[-] HarryTheCaveman | 1 points
I'm not sure how it works but it's a far more efficient rip. A 700mb x265 rip of a film will beat the everlasting shit out of a Yify et al 700mb x264 rip of the same film. Animations look especially great for the size in x265.
After doing a lot of personal testing, I'm unable to distinguish between a 1.4GB 720p AMZN WebDL x264 42 min TV episode and the 240MB x265 version.
[-] MrTattyBojangles | 5 points
MRN's encodes always look good though. 1.5GB for an almost 2-hour movie is most definitely ideal, that's the whole point of HEVC.
Is this a pre-CGI version leaked out of post or something? Or is the film really trying to portray the spectacle of hundreds of thousands of soldiers being evacuated by showing a few hundred extras standing around on an empty beach almost devoid of ships, vehicles and abandoned equipment? Fuck me was this film overhyped...
[-] Lamecat443 | 1 points
I doubt the workprint you are referring to will ever get leaked.
[-] modelshopworld | -1 points
Its Nolan trying to ripoff Malick and Bresson, what did you expect?
For a $150M budget film... so, so much more. Especially when compared to war films with similar budgets (in today's money) like Saving Private Ryan and Blackhawk Down. I just can't see where any of that money went besides hyping the fuck out of this and paying off the critics because clearly none of it went on CGI, special effects or bothering to pay screenwriters...
