The megalinks are sometimes .rar or .zip or just a straight .mkv/.mp4 file.No special reason.It is just the way they come.Zippyshare links are always multiple compressed files to get under the 500Mb per file upload limit.Was 200Mb until very recently.

I get very low download speeds on JDownloader(around 150-200KBps) but the normal dl speed on Mega(around 2MBps). Is there a reason for this?

Copy all the links and go to link grabber and then paste them. JDownloader usually grabs all the links as soon as you copy them.
