A bunch of content was never filmed or mastered in 4K (or even HD) so if you're nostalgic about a lot of shows you're in for some disappointment.

For content that was never released in high resolution I sometimes watch it in a smaller window in the corner while I do something else, smaller the window is the more it hides the resolution.

WEBRip? No, 360p TVRip is the only available version as far as I know.

I‘ve got a few episodes as dvd remux but besides that the best quality should be 480p dvdrips in x264. they are on some private trackers afaik.
