It was a huge favorite of mine growing up in the 90s and I've been curious if it holds up ever since... I just watched the first episode thanks to this uploader, and it seems to hold up, if you can get past the presentation.. it is a late 70s sitcom and has all those trappings. You might be better off watching random episodes from the mid seasons because a lot of the great characters seemed missing from the first and im not sure how long it is before they show up.

Taxi holds up amazingly well. I rewatched them a bit last summer and found myself cracking up multiple times over the course of a few episodes. Louie is the best and when Reverend Jim joins the cast it only gets better. My only complaint is Latka, I could never stand that character but he doesn't really appear all too much.
