Ok, looks like all the episodes in question were from the same disc, and I got them jumbled up. Getting it corrected right now and should be good by morning. How you found that out so quickly I don't know, but you help me out :)

It's all good. I'm just glad I was able to post up something that lots of people wanted, for various good reasons.
It makes me want to do more, since I tend to collect older shows(I can't begin to describe the size of the wall holding all of my DVDs).
I'll be uploading LEXX next, as it was requested. But after than I've got several older series I'll look into, such as Giligans Island, the Munsters and other great classics.

I went and checked my copy of the disc set and found the reason why Disc 14 Seasons 20 and 21 are out of order. It is because they have 2 extra episodes. One is the normal episode and one is in 3D. So the first 2 episodes are doubled. Rest of the episodes are jumbled around as well.
The messed up Order on Disc 14 of DVD appears as:

Everything else looks good, just seasons 20, 21 and 22 were all messed up, which was the DVDs fault.
I've got 20 and 21 now corrected, and the missing ep of 22 is going up now (slow as my connection is). I'm just glad these old shows use title cards. So much more fun on newer tv shows that don't have that and you know something is screwy.

Thanks! Yeah, i never realized the DVD was messed up before, i went to this website https://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=seasonall&id=79173 to make sure the order was correct. And used the title card on each episode as well.

Found one more thing, Season 8 is doubled. The Season 8 folder has smaller sized files, but the Season 16 folder has season 8 again only in slightly larger size files. Confused as to why that is?

Sorry to cause a problem. Thanks for the upload. My dad was a huge fan of these so I'm going to copy them to his media system when I go down at Thanksgiving, give him a nice surprise.

Why do you prefer x264 if you don't mind me asking? I thought x265 was a "better quality, less space" option?
Client compatibility and CPU usage. x265 doesn't direct play on as many clients when streaming, which causes my Plex to have to transcode, eating up a lot of CPU cycles... if I have two people both transcoding my NAS's CPU is at pretty much maxed at 100%.
On the other hand, x264 media direct streams just fine to pretty much anything (chromecast, web browser, mobile, etc.) which means my CPU stays about 1% per stream. I could have a dozen people all watching movies at the same time and nobody would even notice.

For those of you watching this on plex, does every episode title seem to say "The Three Stooges Collection - Year 1 & 2" or some variation of that? I've already gone through and removed the title metadata, but it doesn't seem to fix it. Is there some other metadata I'm missing? Nonetheless thanks OP for posting this, the three stooges were basically all i watched as a kid.
Hmm. That is strange, since I didn't put any of the metadata into it (straight rip from DVD). Unless something in the conversion process changed that.

The conversion shouldn’t be doing it, I feel like Plex might just be having a hard time pulling the metadata. I’m going to try the files on my backup machine and see if it’ll pull the metadata there. But thank you for putting in the effort to rip and organize the files :)
