I watched the first season on Netflix. It was good.

In typical Netflix fashion, season two was less than stellar. Jumped the shark, so to speak.

I would highly recommend you watch S1, and the first few from S2 before you commit the disk space.

If you like it, that's great, whatever. Just a friendly warning.

It's not a Netflix production, it originally aired on Showtime.

Netflix has the very annoying habit of touting almost everything they stream as being a "Netflix Original", even when it's not and they only have the distribution rights. They're currently doing the same thing with Star Trek: Discovery outside of the US and Canada, even if it's clearly a CBS production...

Ah, my mistake, thanks for reminding me. :) It's just more unexpected because it wasn't Netflix making it.

My opinion/warning still stands though, after S1 it may not be everyone's cup of tea.
