I decoded L got a url. went to URL. and decoded K and put that in in the password area same result no go.

Click on the link above. Decode the L part. Paste it somewhere. Decode the K part. Add it to the shit you just pasted somewhere. You'll get the link. Remove everything you see in between brackets, including those brackets
