There's a whack-ton of detail loss and smudgy-ness on this, and the audio is crap.

If you don't plan on archiving I'm sure it will be fine-ish.

It's also tagged wrong, definitely not a WEB-DL.

As per the edit if it was "encoded from the web-dl" then it's a re-encode and not worth the bandwidth. See if you can locate the original web-dl in future as a re-encode just loses way too much detail.
