Go to www.base64decode.org
Copy the scrambled text for the link into the top box and click the green button
The unscrambled text will be in the lower box, the word !RuBb-IsH# is stuck in the middle of it so get rid of that and copy the link.
Paste the copied text into your web browser URL and add mega in front of it so you are going to a 'mega.nz' address, when it asks you for the key repeat steps 1-3 for the key.
