Did amazon originally crop to widescreen? I checked the 1st ep of s1 and they did that. The early seasons are 4:3. I have older grainy rips that are 4:3 to verify the amazon rips were cropped. Ugh.

yeah i dunno why fans would wanna spread these around tbh, it's fake hd, it's cropped. i'm sticking with my dvdrips they're just plain better.

correct, season 7 is when they originally started showing in widescreen. my dvds from previous seasons still look fine and no cropping as these are, but i'll still upgrade my season 7&8, thanks!
