bitrate = how fast and how much information is being displayed via audio and video, the 320MB x265 webrip should look close quality wise to either of the 720P files that are 1.38gb

My question is more, how do I know which one of those has a higher bit rate before I download them?

sometimes people post what they are, sometimes you can google search for them but its pretty much just experience that helps you know lol. 1GB per hour show in x264 is roughly 1-1.5 mb /sec and the x265 in this case is probably closer to just 1mb/s bcus x265 is supposed to be half the size for the same quality (its close, some encodes are much better than others) netflix runs around 5MB/s for their 720/1080p and full blurays can go up to 40-50mb/s during action scenes
