Regarding my original comment I was wondering why it takes hours upon hours for someone to eventually upload the dub episode after it airs but the sub is usually uploaded much quicker.

Not sure, there isn't many groups working on the dub episodes as far as i know. The group i follow because i like their quality is KamiFanSubs and they usually upload it 6-8 hours after midnight.
