they were made in 720p, becuase 1. The guy who made it's computer is shit. and 2. The original Bluray it was based off of was done using a 1080p scan from 2003. So there isn't that much difference when downscaling to 720p. And due to the high bitrate it looks great even when upscaled to 1080p

Wasn't the reason for the 720p that most of the working clips he used was 720p as that was the highest quality of any release without the special effects? Or do I remember completely wrong?

forgot that part, pretty much it was also because he was spliced it with parts from the laserdisc/gout, which upscaled better to 720p

bit rate is right....freaking 15gb movie.... my windscribe acct doesnt reset until nov 6 so i hope these stay up bcus its gonna take 20 hours to download one on free mega -_-. Why would you even want to watch it dubbed? You seem very capable of understanding English. I know Germans watch everything dubbed out of habit but if you stop doing that you will improve your understanding and pronunciation of English immensely.

Make the original theatrical versions, but HD.

Take the HD versions, and do movie editing stuff from as many other official(and fan-edit) releases as necessary, to achieve this goal.

And then they add in all the different audio versions that have ever existed, including other languages and commentaries.
