Director's Cut/Unrated: The unrated version, which often is being labelled as Director's Cut is completely uncensored considering violence. But the reimplemented plot scenes, which the R-Rated version contains, are missing. The Unrated is the director's favored version and was scheduled like this as it is.

Integral Cut: This version offers a fusion of the unrated and rated R versions. Among others, it was released in Germany by CMV and not only contains all the gory details, but also the plot scenes of the R-Rated cut.

I personally prefer the Integral cut but some people prefer the unrated version. It's a matter of opinion, really.
